Before anything else, I am a beloved child of God, just like you, and everything I do flows from that one settled truth.
I'm a pastor, a biblical-centered coach, a contemplative, a US Marine Corps veteran, a husband, a father, and the President of The Center for Biblical Coaching and Leadership (TCBCL). But titles have never been the point for me. The point is transformation — in individuals, in leaders, and in the communities they serve.

My Story
Thirty Years at the Intersection
For over 30 years, I've walked alongside people at the intersection of faith, identity, and purpose. Through TCBCL and the ROOTED Coaching Model, I partner with individuals and organizations to break free from self-limiting patterns and step into the God-ordained life that has always been waiting for them.
I am a Christian minister — but my heart, like the love I write and teach about, does not wait at the door checking credentials. I meet people where they are, irrespective of faith background or tradition. I'm not in the business of converting; I'm in the business of accompanying. Every sincere seeker is welcome here.
Before being called to TCBCL, I served 20 years in the credit union industry, bringing financial wisdom and strategic leadership to everything I do. I hold an International Coaching Federation credential and have served as an ordained minister for over 25 years.
